Lisa has quite a colorful resume and it would take pages to write about her experience, both professional and personal. She is happy to send her credentials to anyone and share her vast work experience in classrooms, clinics, studios, recreation centers, rehab facilities, hospitals, gyms, and locker rooms, not to mention Tuscan yoga venues.
Currently, Lisa is launching a Yoga 911 trauma-informed resiliency training in Cleveland, OH and hopes to inspire wellness in the First Responder population. She wrote a book in Italy last year that would become the basis for her immersive programs for First Responders. She has practiced yoga since 2009 and continues to study and grow as a yogi. Lisa has taught yoga in many venues to all ages and abilities and now offers private yoga and massage sessions to those in need of restoration. 'Vivs,' as known by her friends, loves to give time and energy to every person who can benefit from both. Because she loves teaching and travel, Lisa's goal is to take her Yoga 911 training on the road and collaborate with amazing yogi's all over the world. "Life is a journey not a destination"
